Evan 1 Month Stats...

Hello All! Man I am so disappointed in my lack of blogging lately, not only because of not sharing with all of you, but also because I use this as my brain. Anyhow, Evan had his belated one month appointment this past week. It was delayed a few weeks until David's new insurance kicked in. Anyhow.. here goes:

Weight: 10lbs 13oz (50%)

Height: 24" (95%)

It was funny because the doctor told me to pay no attention to the over all percentage because Evan is REALLY long... I peaked anyhow, the over all using all the numbers is .09%. His height threw everything off. As I told the doctor Evan comes from tall stock.

Smiling Boy: We saw hints of his first smile around 3 weeks, but we are now seeing it more often. This first picture was my first attempt at capturing his smile

Drew being "Helpful"

Evan is a sweet and snuggly boy. He is verbalizing more and more with each passing day and is a very alert baby. When he is awake he stays that way for awhile. He is still very gassy and we are just trying to pray through it. I am praising God because so far I have not needed to supplement with formula. I prayed for during my whole pregnancy to nurse 100% and God answered my prayer!!

Drew is such a good big brother, he loves to kiss on Evan. Sometimes he is a little to helpful as he gets in his face or roughly share his cars & trucks. The sweetest thing is when Drew grabs Evan's hand when he is crying and just holds it. He also loves to give Evan his Pacifier! He is really a huge helper & good big brother!!
