SMILE Big!

As you can see I am loving this blog thing.. Anyhow, doesn't your heart just melt when your babies smile big. Andrew has been smiling since around 3 weeks, and as each day passes he smiles more and more. He loves to gurgle, starting to laugh a little, and has found his voice. I have yet to catch the laugh on video, however the smiling is a different story. All you have to do is act a little silly and he thinks it is the best thing since sliced bread.

Today has been a good day overall, he took a big nap this afternoon and slept a solid 7 1/2 hours last night.. whoo hoo! We have been praying hard that he increases his sleep hours at night and he is right on track. Our little guy is one smart cookie, he gets that from his daddy! A little about what is going on outside our Andrew world.. We found out recently we can rent our house in Idaho, all we had to do is request a waiver. Hmmm, would have been good info to know a few months ago. So, we put the request in right away and hired a property management company. We are praying we can get a renter quickly to offset the house payment strain on our budget. With this new development we feel like there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel. The house will remain on the market while we are renting it, with long term hopes to sell.

We also think we found a church home, which is really exciting. We attended Ballwin Baptist Church a couple weeks ago and loved it. They have a choir, praise team, and musical productions. They also have MOPS as well as lots of other children's ministries. We are looking forward to getting plugged in and hopefully meet some great people. We prayed it would not take us long to find a church home and we may have just received an answer to that prayer, isn't God good?!
