THE HOUSE GREAT DEBATE!!

Okay it is time to catch you all up on the home front, literally. Yes, this is not a post about Drew can you believe it. For those of you who don't know we have a house in Caldwell, ID. This house has been on the market since September 2007 and you guessed it...STILL IS. So, we put it up for rent in January of this year and finally after much prayer it rented this week. We are so thankful because it was getting really stressful trying to figure out whether to move back to Idaho ASAP due to finances.

For those of you who don't know we have been praying very hard about whether to move back to Idaho as it doesn't look like our house will sell in the next 3-5 years as a result of the market, so that means we will continue to pay rent in Missouri and a house payment in Idaho, talk about tight. We decided to just surrend it to God and see what he has for us and wouldn't you know it this past week on Wednesday or Thursday we received a call that we finally have renters (talk about timing). This was awesome news since we have had very few inquiries and the ones we did have fell through. So, we are trusting in God's plan no matter what it may be. Even though these renters are not paying the full mortgage (we had to lower it to even get it rented) it is something and something is good!! We are still remaining open...David has applied for jobs in the Idaho area, so you never know.
